Beth will be sharing yoga therapy tools, breathing techniques that stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, and mudras to reflect these times and guided meditation.

Beth received 1000-hour Yoga Therapy certification through ‘International Association of Yoga Therapists’, 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Unergi Body-Psychotherapy. She has over 25 years experience with various sectors of the natural product industry, including 15 years as a Homeopathic Trainer and Regional Manager, where she introduced homeopathy to Whole Foods as well as many pharmacies and surgeons.Therapeutic modalities have been her passion, which fit her role as a caring and compassionate healer.
